Selena USA looking for a Jr. Product Manager


In view of further sales expansion and continuous development of Selena’s position in the United States we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of:

Jr. Product Manager

Key responsibilities: this position contributes to the fulfilment of Selena’s product, marketing, and sales strategy with the goal of education, sales excellence, and regulatory management in the United States, including:

  • Regulation Compliance

+ Work with regulation agency and Selena regulation team to ensure all packaging and technical documents meet local standards

+ Participate in ASTM Group meetings

+ Follow updates in regulation changes that relate to our products

+ Manage Technical documents and ensure the data, grammar, and pictures are correct

  • Product Testing & Quality Control

+ Test TYTAN products in house to confirm quality

+ Demonstrate TYTAN products in the field to educate sales team, customers and end users and learn from industry experts

+ Develop demonstration materials and presentations

  • Marketing

+ Work with the marketing team to develop new sales tools

+ Support the marketing team in basic design needs

+ Perform market research: In-field Q&A, Online research, Price Analysis, Position Analysis

  • Customer Service & Account Management

+ Become a product expert to answer difficult to answer questions via phone and email

+ Support our Private Label efforts to ensure their products meet regulation requirements

+ Work with Design team to manage Private Label package design and content management

Position expectations:

+ Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing / Management or Chemistry / Construction)

+ At least 2 years of experience in the field of product and marketing management or product development on the North American market, including: Marketing planning and product strategy planning (new products, concepts, development, implementation); Establishing customer/market relations and customer value management; Performing competitors’ position analysis as well as actions related to product segmentation and category management 

+ Readiness for frequent business travel (about 30% of working time)

+ Knowledge of construction and/or chemical industry; experience in B2B sales a plus

+ Goal-orientation, ability to work independently and resistance to stress

+ High organizational and interpersonal skills

+ Creativity, analytical and strategic thinking
